Development Position and Foundation
The machine is based on the SG21-C6AWD motor grader and is equipped with a Weichai WP7 engine. The design has been specifically optimized for operation in extremely cold environments, with significant improvements in cold-start capability, low-temperature resistance, operator comfort, structural strength, and attachment compatibility.
Component and Material Optimization
Key hydraulic components are sourced from renowned international manufacturers to ensure high reliability. Pipelines and seals are made of low-temperature-resistant materials to provide better adaptability to extreme operating conditions. All hydraulic components, including pumps, cylinders, and valves, have undergone hydraulic test bench inspections to ensure performance and durability.
Cab Improvement
A hexagonal cab design has been adopted to provide a wider field of view. The cab is equipped with an air heating system and heated windows, enabling efficient defrosting and improving operator comfort during cold-weather operations.
Starting System Enhancement
The starting system has been upgraded with a heated fuel filter (with water separator), intake air heating, and fuel heating systems, ensuring easier engine starting under low-temperature conditions.
Drive and Braking System Design
A constant-pressure variable-displacement pump is used to power the front-wheel drive motor reducer. Priority hydraulic steering and braking systems are applied, sharing the working pump system to reduce overall costs while maintaining reliable performance.
