This combination provides fuel savings, high efficiency, and strong excitation force, ensuring smooth operation in demanding conditions with minimal vibration fluctuation and rapid vibration activation. Shantui’s patented vibration roller features a “three-in-one” drum design, improving compaction uniformity and overall performance.
Easy Maintenance and Operator Comfort
The spacious new-generation cab design, without front A-pillars, provides excellent visibility and operator comfort. The engine and transmission are arranged to allow easy access for maintenance. Filters are centrally positioned, while engine oil and radiator water drain ports are routed to the exterior for convenient servicing.
Adaptability to Various Working Conditions
The machine is suitable for compacting base and sub-base layers in major infrastructure projects such as highways, railways, and airports. It can efficiently compact non-cohesive and semi-cohesive materials, including sand, gravel, crushed stone, and rock fill. Optional padfoot segments (sheep’s foot option) are available, enabling effective operation on clay soils and other specialized working conditions.
