The Weichai WP6G200E331 engine, specially developed by the Group for this roller, is perfectly matched with the Linde high-pressure hydraulic vibration system (heavy-duty, closed-loop system). This combination provides fuel efficiency, high productivity, and strong excitation force, ensuring smooth operation under heavy-load conditions with minimal oscillation and rapid vibration activation. The Shantui patented vibratory roller features a “three-in-one” drum design, improving compaction uniformity.
Easy Maintenance and Operator Comfort
The newly designed spacious cab, without front A-pillars, provides excellent visibility and enhanced operator comfort during operation. The engine and transmission are arranged to allow easy maintenance access. Filters are grouped in a centralized location, while engine oil and radiator water drain outlets are positioned externally for convenient servicing.
Adaptability to Different Working Conditions
The machine is suitable for compaction of base and sub-base layers in large-scale construction projects such as highways, railways, and airports. It can compact non-cohesive and semi-cohesive materials, including sand, gravel, crushed stone, and rock fill. Optional padfoot segments (“sheep’s foot” configuration) can be installed to expand functionality and enable efficient operation in clay soils and other specialized working conditions.
